Watermark Place (spec: Green Roof/Hot Melt)

Watermark Place is an architecturally distinguished new development located on the north bank of the Thames, just a few minutes' walk from the Bank of England. Comprising over 500,000 sq ft of commercial office space, it is the largest area of open riverside space in the City. Its combination of imposing architecture, quality of environment and revitalised waterfront location makes Watermark Place a key City destination.

Rock has helped create extensive landscaped terraces for the development, featuring attractive lawns, Yorkstone paving slabs, Iroko hardwood-clad benches and planters, granite rill and irrigation systems. These terraces are made possible by the quality of our Flexiphalte Triple Protection waterproofing product. Flexiphalte Triple Protection is also employed also for the main roof, with sedum planting and lead cappings to the BMU plinth, and for the fully paved Fire Station roof area, with lead cover flashings.

Rock is pleased to be able to apply our waterproofing expertise to the open and accessible rooftop spaces of Watermark Place, many of which offer outstanding views of the River Thames.
