The hot melt itself is an advanced monolithic membrane that blends both synthetic and natural rubber in a special selected bitumen. Due to its non-solid state it is perfect for working into awkward areas around extensive detail at temperatures as low as -18°C. This fully bonded application adheres seamlessly to the roof with no possibility of water tracking beneath the membrane.

Our hot melt systems also have “self healing” properties. Capable of repairing most puncture damage itself, it eliminates the need for patchwork maintenance. A comprehensive insurance-backed warranty package supports our pledge that this waterproofing system will last for 25 years.
