Flexiphalte Waterproofing Vehicle Deck Surfacing (Mastic Asphalt)

One of the principle attributes of Rock’s Flexiphalte is its very high quality, achieved by computer controlled batching at our manufacturing plant. That quality is then maintained by our thermostatically controlled mixer transporter vehicles, which deliver directly from plant to site up to 21 tonnes of hot charge molten material.

Flexiphalte consists of a primary waterproofing layer or layers, which can be either Flexiphalte Pommar polymer modified roofing grade mastic asphalt, Flexiphalte roofing grade mastic asphalt, or special high performance membrane materials overlaid with Flexiphalte modified paving grade mastic asphalt.

Different combinations of materials are used to suit varying construction risks or permissible cost limits and to accommodate light vehicles or HGVs on service decks.
