Our commitment to Health & Safety training throughout the business ensures our people and supply chain partners can identify, assess and minimise risk at the workface.

Such determination and attention to detail has resulted in Rock’s accident frequency rate (AFR) decreasing year on year. It currently stands at 17 times better than the industry average.

In recognition of the fact that Rock holds one of the best Health & Safety records in the industry, we have been awarded the prestigious RoSPA Gold Award eight times and the much coveted Gold Medal on three consecutive occasions.

Enduring success should never result in complacency. Rock maintains its record by having every site externally audited on at least a two-weekly basis.
